1823 Will:96,1330 Written 5 December 1823, the will of "Sarah Clevenstine, widow of Union Township, Berks County" bequeathes "to my well beloved Daughter Mary Clevenstine my beason, my bed and bedding and all the linens that she chooses to have and such things in the corner cupboard as she chooses to have and such other articles belonging to the house as she may think proper to take, the remainder to be sold at Public Vendue. I further give and devise to my said daughter at the age of twenty one years or her heirs the lot or tenement situate in Union Township, Berks County, and in case she should die without any heirs before having attained the age of twenty one years then it is my will that it be equally divided between the children of Henry Warren and the children of Herman Beard and Kissiah Beard daughter of Amos Beard, but when she has attained the age of twenty one years to hold to her the said Mary Clevenstine her heirs or assigns forever."
