Family Remembrance:2541 Other Hair / Wheeler / Morey family researcher has information that the parents of William Hair may be William Hair and Sophia Morey, who married about 1814 and whose son William was born about 1816 in Vermont. It is possible this information is not correct. It is also possible that Sophia Morey was a daughter of Joseph Morey and his wife Jane. They had a daughter, thus far not identified by this researcher, who was under age 10 in 1800 and enumerated either as age 10 - 16 or 16 or 26 in 1810. Joseph and Jane Morey were in Licking County by 1813 and in Knox County by 1821.
