Biographical Sketch (1997):855, p. 26. "Mary, born about 1787, died 12 March 1843 and buried at Windsor Castle, Perry Township, Berks County. Married Michael Unger (b. 1767; d. 1846; buried with his wife), son of Michael and Christena Elizabeth Hassinger Unger. Michael Sr. was the son of Christian, who emigrated to Philadelphia September 19, 1752 from Wolfenshein, Germany, aboard the ‘Edinburgh,’ and who was a taxable in Greenwich Township in 1756. John Rick was named as guardian of Michael (Jr.’s) children. Michael Jr.’s will names the following children: Maria, Sarah, Johann, William, Michael, Elizabth, Susanna, Daniel, Benneville, and ‘the children of my daughters Catrina and Christena.’ The Reading Adler records that Michael was 79 years less 10 days, with 10 children."
