If such rents and profits will not settle for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree [remainder illegible.] [Note: The defendants seem to be made up primarily of the children and step children of Elizabeth Frame, wife of William and widow of Newton.]

1894 Death Mention:698 Mrs. Cyrus Bay, a sister of Levi Frame, formerly a resident of Union township, died yesterday at Englewood. The remains will be brought to Wheeler tomorrow for burial.

1894 Death Mention:699 The funeral of Mrs. Cyrus Bay was held at Wheeler this morning at 11 o’clock. Rev. A. M. Virden officiated. She was 60 years old.
