1935 Obituary:2337, As his authority, Schillings cites the Democratic Watchman, Centre County, Pennsylvania, 15 March 1935. Stamm. Mrs. Emma R. Stamm, widow of Benjamin Stamm, passed away on Sunday afternoon, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George D. Fortney, at Boalsburg, following an illness of several years. Her maiden name was Emma Lee and she was born in Potter Township in 1854, her age at death being 80 years and 3 months. She was twice married, the first time to Crawford Long, of Blair County, and following his death to Mr. Stamm. Her survivors include her daughter, mentioned above, one son, Calvin Lee Stamm, of Boalsburg, and four brothers, Franklin D. Lee, of Centre Hall; Hiram, of State College; James W., of Bedford, Iowa, and Felix A., of Detroit, Michigan. She was a member of the Reformed Church and the Rev. H. L. Wink had charge of the funeral services, held at 2:30 o'clock on Wednesday afternoon, burial being made in the Boalsburg cemetery.
