1771 Land Sale:559, v. 3, p. 514 (Augusta County Deed Book no. 17, p. 434) 20 March 1771. Thomas and Jean Frame sold to John Campbell 296 acres; 220 acres were in Beverley Manor and were conveyed to Thomas by James Frame 18 August 1768.

1771 Land Purchase:559, v. 3, p. 511 (Augusta County Deed Book no. 17, p. 336) 25 May 1771. John and Elizabeth Campbell sold 288 acres to Thomas Frame for £130 on the Middle River of Shanandore on Walter’s Run, Robert Campbell’s line. Delivered to Thomas Frame, 25 January 1773.
