Biographical Sketch (1995):736, v. 1, p. 347. "Jos Schnebeli, b. 17 Mar 1672, Affoltern. It was reported in the Affoltern church register that he died 24 Oct 1712 at Mannheim, Germany. He married Regula Wyss on 13 Dec 1693. She was born 22 Aug 1675. They were living at Affoltern in 1708. He went to Mannheim between 1708 and 1712, probably taking his father as well as his wife and children with him. He was never mentioned as an Anabaptist."
