Obituary, no date:2332 Wm. Taylor Died in Los Angeles. Former resident of Auglaize County passed away Wednesday night at far western home. Relatives in Wapakoneta were notified of the death of Wm. Taylor, a former Union township man, and an uncle of Ed. Taylor and his sisters of this city, which occurred at Los Angeles, California. The first word was received by Lima relatives Wednesday night and although the telegram did not state when death had occurred, it is believed that he died some time Wednesday. Heart trouble was given as the cause of his death. The deceased was born on a farm in the eastern part of the county, and was a brother to Howard A. Taylor who resides in Uniopolis at the present time. He was for many years, a teamster in the eastern part of the county and about twelve years ago moved to Lima with his family. Two years ago he left for Los Angeles and since that time has resided there. He was about 65 years of age. The deceased is survived by his widow, who was before her marriage, Miss Hannah Blank also a native of Auglaize County, two daughters, Mrs. Cora Orr of Lima, and Miss Nelle Taylor, who resided with her parents in Los Angeles. The following nieces and nephew resided in this city: Mrs. Joe McGoff, Mrs. J. H. Musser, Mrs. Howard Benner, Mrs. Sam Sibert, and Ed Taylor. One brother, Howard Taylor of Uniopolis, also survives. No details of the death or funeral arrangements were given in the telegram received by Mrs. Orr of Lima.
