1785 Birth:1257 Recorded by the Rev. Traugott Frederick Illing, who served at Forest Lutheran Church (Plow) from 1781 to 1798: Elizabeth Kleibenstein, d. of George [sic Henry] and Catharine Kleibenstein, b. Nov. 23, 1785; bap. June 18, 1786; witnesses, Anna Wolf and Jacob Seibert.

1805 Guardianship:1258 On May 1, 1805, Elizabeth, at age 15, chose William Witman as guardian upon the death of Henry Clevenstine, her father.

1806 Marriage:1197 Marriage of Daniel Bitler and Elizabeth Klevensten, Forrest Church, May 13, 1806, Berks County, by Rev. Philip Reinhold Pauli.

1807 Baptism of son William:1202 Wilhelm born to parents Daniel Bittler and Elsab. on Febr. 22, 1807 and baptised Jul. 5, 1807, in the Robeson Lutheran and Reformed Church (also known as Plough and as Forest Church.) Witnesses: Johann Bittler and Elisab.

1851 Death:1261 Son "Henry Bitler died of cholera in July 1851, during the prevalence of that scourge of that dread disease that swept through this region at that period." Elizabeth died one day before Henry died; could she have contracted cholera as well?
